Tramper Technology USA uses Hermle AG 5-axis machining technology for the production of mechanical components. The Hermle C 400 machining centre, operated by a dedicated CNC operator in Charlotte, allows us to manufacture complex and urgent parts locally. 

This local capability reduces the need to wait for parts to be produced overseas, shipped internationally and cleared through customs. Critical components can be manufactured when required, 
helping to reduce lead times, reliance on imports and delays affecting machine repairs, modifications or production.

Our Charlotte team also assembles the upper and lower moulds used in our packaging machines. Local assembly supports the manufacturing process and allows components to be prepared, checked and integrated in the United States.

By combining CNC machining and assembly, Tramper Technology USA can provide local manufacturing support while working in coordination with our international Tramper Technology engineering and manufacturing teams. This gives customers access to local production, technical support and faster solutions for their equipment requirements.
